Deposits, rescheduling and Cancellations:

Bookings require a 50% deposit, this will be taken from the card details you have provided on your account.  This deposit then secures your appointment time/date and treatment.

 To reschedule or cancel an appointment we ask for a minimum of 48 hours notice, this is to allow us reasonable time to try and fill and that slot again. Failure to give at least 48 hours notice will forfeiture your 50% deposit and a new booking will be required.

Rescheduling, cancelling or not showing up to your appointment within 24 hours or less, you will incur a 100% charge.  This charge will be taken from the card you secured the appointment with.

 

Patch Tests and Allergies:

Please note that the following treatments require a patch test a minimum of up 24 hours prior to treatment:

-Brow Lamination

-Lash Lift Treatments 

-Brow or Lash Tinting 

Patch tests will be required every six months and/or if there have been any changes to your medical history. 

It is the client’s responsibility to book and attend the patch test, any treatments booked without having an up-to-date patch test will not go ahead and 100% of the balance will be payable by you.

Patch Tests are precaution to minimise risk, however not a guarantee that a reaction will not occur.

We cannot be held responsible for any side effects or reactions you may have.  No refunds will be given in the event of a reaction.

Lateness:

We politely ask that you arrive on time to all appointments. We will try and accomedate where we can however any later than 10/15mins may require the appointment to be rescheduled and will incur a late-cancellation fee of 100% of the appointment cost.
